We specialize in tailoring your nutrition and meals plans for your specific macros you need to fuel your workouts to perform better, recover faster, and reach your ideal body composition.
Insurance covered time spent in nutrition sessions with your dietitian. Therefore, any requests for meal plans, macros, grocery lists, food log reviews, etc. are completed in session with you which also allows our dietitians to provide better feedback and food/meal plans that are tailored to your specific preferences and needs.
Most of the time, NOTHING with your insurance plan! We rarely see self-pay patients, but if for some reason you do not have insurance, our self-pay rates are $190 for a 90-minute initial session and $90 for a 60-minute follow-up session. We offer discounted pricing for more frequent visits and shorter visits.
It is a membership portal and educational course that allows you to connect with others for added accountability and motivation, stay on top of the latest trends, fads with new content and receive evidenced based recommendations by our expert sports dietitians. Learn more here.
Initial Visit: 90 minutes
Follow Up Visits: 60 minutes
However, depending on your schedule and accountability needs, you may schedule 30, 45, 60, or 90-minute follow-up sessions as determined with your dietitian at your initial visit.
